It is meant to eliminate the redundant spreadsheet entry that most companies do such as lap dips tracking, sample tracking, costing, and RFQ's. Once an entity such as a style or fabric is initiated, you can track multiple requests and submits against it in Request Tracker. It is great for vendor collaboration as you are able to secure it by row and column so that vendors only see what you need them to see.
